The Abia State University Uturu, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Oversight Logistics Limited Abuja, making the firm its consultant for projects from the office of the Special Adviser to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Niger Delta Amnesty (OSANDPA). According to the terms, the consultant will facilitate the contract award on behalf of the University for the training of 300 Niger Delta Amnesty Delegates on Fish Farming Techniques and Poultry Farming in Abia State University.
While signing the MOU the Vice-Chancellor, Professor E. Uche Ikonne thanked the consultants Oversight Logistics Limited for his choice of Abia State University and promised he will continue to give support to any project or venture that will benefit the University.
The Vice-Chancellor Professor E. Uche Ikonne and the Registrar Dr (Mrs) Evelyn Iheukwumere signed on behalf of the University, Chief Jephtah Asimole for Oversight Logistics Ltd, and Mr. Kingsley Nna, Senior Special Assistant to the Abia State Governor on Niger Delta, for Abia State Government.
