■ OSAN INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE
A yearly OSAN tax of N2000 is required of each student staying Off-campus. This is for the financing of the association's activities and projects which in turn promotes student welfare.
A 50% installment payment is also acceptable
The OSAN tax receipt would also be required of each student staying off-campus for presentation at some points.
Those who stayed off-campus in 2015, 2016 and 2017 are also espected to pay their OSAN tax of those years.
Adequate structure has been put in place to checkmate financial misappropriation or diversion. The current leadership of OSAN is trustworthy. pay your OSAN tax, if OSAN progresses, your welfare is guaranteed, your interest would be protected, your voice would be heard, your complaints would be resolved etc.

■ ENACTED AND RATIFIED POLICIES
1. Every off-campus student occupied lodge should have a lodge President and a well established lodge executive council (LEC) with a minimum of 5 portfolios for a primary purpose of student interest defense and welfare promotion.
2. The activity, 'devil's mail box' , has been banned from all lodges and associational social events.
3. The OSAN TAX receipt is considered an important document and each student staying off-campus would be asked to present his/her OSAN TAX receipt at some points.
4. The associational refuse disposal system is the biodegradable bag refuse disposal system (BBRDS) and should be operational in all lodges.
5. The morning of every 1st August shall be celebrated as a love morning to commemorate the birthday of the founder and 2018 elected president of the off-campus students association of Nigeria (OSAN).
