SUG PRO- NWOKEKE SOCHIMA TENDERS RESIGNATION LETTER

The SUG PRO- Comr. Nwokeke Sochima today tendered his resignation letter as the PRO, in the quest for a higher position in the union so as to deliver more dividends of unionism to Absu Students.

Below are his statements:

THANK YOU GREAT IKENGAS & IKENGRESSES OF ABIA STATE UNIVERSITY. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Indeed, it was a wonderful time serving the students as the PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER of the STUDENTS UNION GOVERNMENT. I am very grateful.

As courtesy and constitution demand of me on political grounds, I wish to inform the Great Students of ABSU that I have tendered my resignation as the P.R.O. of the Union.

Thank you Great IKENGAS & IKENGRESSES, for
Supporting & Voting me on the 31st of January,
For believing in my Competence and making me THE VOICE,
For keeping me encouraged always and answering to me each time that I called,
and admonishing me in the confusing times.
You all are part of my success and respective reasons to all that I achieved.

Special thanks to the management & staff of ABSU 101.9fm, you people defined Public Relations as a duty for me. I am grateful.
God bless the Campus press of the University, you people helped me in the course of my duties.

To all the Faculty/departmental P.R.O.s, Course Reps and Assistant course reps, I remain grateful for assisting me in bringing every piece of information from me to the grassroot.

Absuvilla, Absu Mata, Myabsu and Ezege, thank you all for helping with all those posts you made for me. You guys will remain blessed by the most High God.

It was my pleasure to answer all those calls which kept coming from you all at one time or the other,
It was delightful despite the pressure replying to all those chats filled with queries on the social media...

It wasn't so easy but I thank God for grace and I am also using this platform to apologize to every individual that I disagreed with on any ground, please let go of it all, we are all humans.

I kept to my promise of being sincere, prompt and accurate in all my dealings.

It is so touching to say goodbye to you all as your Aluta Mouthpiece but to the glory of God, it is obvious that I have proudly stepped out of those shoes as your informant but my promise is that, better days are still to come.

My resignation today will not make me to disappear into the thin air but it is for the preparation for a bigger responsibility which I am also promising to face uniquely to produce results exceptionally.

As I say goodbye to the Vision of ELOQUENCE & VIBRANCY, I am urging you all to support me on the vision of SECRETARIAL EMANCIPATION.
I will still be THE VOICE.

Thank you ABIA STATE UNIVERSITY...
Thank you great IKENGAS/IKENGRESSES.
Thank you all.

Better is not good enough, the Best is yet to Come.
