20th February- Examination starts

17th March- 1st Semester Examination ends.
18th March Saturday- Students vacate for end of 1st Semester.

SECOND SEMESTER.
Saturday 1st April- University reopens for second semester.
Monday 3rd April- Fee payment and course registration commencement.
Monday 10th April- Lectures for second semester session commence.

Friday 4th August lectures for second semester 2016/2017 session end.
August 7th- Revision classes begin.
August 11th- Revision classes ends.
August 14th- Second semester 2016/2017 examination commence.

Friday 8th September- Second second exams end.
Saturday 9th September- Students proceed on end of session vacation.

VACATION PERIOD
9th- 30th September.
